Actress Deepika Padukone has a new movie coming out called Pathaan and she juuust dropped a song from the flick called “Besharam Rang” thatâs getting plenty of early buzz.
The 36-year-old Bollywood star shared the news on Instagram alongside a photo of herself in the most gorgeous yellow tie-back bikini (want). In the pic, Deepika is casually leaning against a beachside table, with her toned booty, core, and legs on full display as she stares out into the distance.
“#BesharamRang out on 12th December at 11 AM. Stay Tuned!” she captioned the photo. People obviously freaked out, with one person even writing, “EXCUSE ME WHAT,” which is exactly what I was thinking, too.
Deepika ~also~ shared snippets from the music video in her Instagram Stories, and sheâs doing some seriously impressive moves that show off her abs and booty as she sings and dances, seemingly without breaking a sweat.
Okay, but what is Deepika doing to get so strong? Well, according to Vogue India, Deepika has played badminton since she was little and now has a workout routine thatâs heavy on yoga, Pilates, and ârope trainingâ (a.k.a. battle ropes).
In fact, her trainer Yasmin Karachiwala dropped video on Instagram in 2020 of Deepika going bananas on the battle ropes like it was no biggie. âIt’s important to have fun too! @deepikapadukone has the perfect combination of working hard and having fun,â Yasmin wrote in the caption. âThis makes the 6 am mornings worth it đ.â

When Deepika is doing a Pilates workout, she will often hit the Reformer to work on the “Swan Dive” move, which looks graceful but is a very hard, total core burner. This, Yasmin explained on Instagram, âstrengthens the back muscles, challenges the core and activates the glutes.â
Deepika also likes to do HIIT training, according to personal trainer Nam-Wook Kang. âWe start with a light run for warm-up, followed by a high intensity workout,â he told Vogue India. âAnd we finish with some stretching, which she enjoys.â Thereâs even kick-boxing in the mix.
On the food front, Deepika aims to eat well, but makes sure to keep things balanced, Vogue India says. Her mantra is: âNever eat with your eyes, eat enough to fill your stomach, and never overeat.â
