Dolly Parton is no stranger to a big moment on the stage, and yet, she somehow continues to absolutely stun fans with her looks despite decades in the business. Talk about #goals!

ICYMI, Dolly recently rocked out with her goddaughter, Miley Cyrus, as the two sang a mashup of “I Will Always Love You” and “Wrecking Ball” together for New Year’s Eve, and the whole thing was incredible. From the duets to the dresses, Dolly was looking, sounding, and feeling great.

For the big event, Dolly donned a floor-length, see-through, cut-out white gown that showed off her mega-strong legs, and well, everything else, too.

If you’re wondering how Dolly stays so strong at 76, know that you won’t catch her hitting up the celeb-fave gym DOGPOUND, or any of the other trendy exercise mainstays. In fact, she told WSJ Magazine that she isn’t into traditional workouts. Instead, she has found other ways to get her heart pumping.

“I create my own rejoicing exercises,” she told WSJ. “I grew up in the Pentecostal church where we used to do a lot of shouting and jumping around. I keep my motor running in the mornings when I just shout through the house praising the Lord.”

She added, “That’s the extent of my exercise. I’m not big on going to the gym … and I’m particular about who I sweat with.” Sounds like the Dolly Parton everyone knows and loves!

When it comes to nutrition, Dolly shared in the documentary, Dolly Parton: The Queen of Country, that she used to have a strained relationship with food and diets in her younger years, per Express. “Dietin’ Dolly would go on liquid protein, Scarsdale, Atkins, the water diet, then I’d binge, diet, gain, start all over again,” she shared. But this was an unsustainable practice for the star.

These days, Dolly told the Wall Street Journal that she tries to focus more on “quick and easy” meals she can make at home. “I usually try to keep some homemade egg salad around because I like to have something quick and easy,” she said. “Through the week I’ll eat things like egg salad on toast with tomato, and sometimes I’ll have a bagel with cream cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes.”
