Winnie Harlow has been an icon for a while now, and she continued her reign as Fashion Queen Supreme when she stepped out for an awards show in London looking absolutely *stunning* in a gauzy slip dress.
Winnie, 28, rose to fame after competing on American Next Top Model in 2014, but has since made a name for herself in the industry by posing for Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS and even working as a Victoria’s Secret Angel back when that was still a thing.
On Monday, Winnie got back to her modeling roots, turning heads in a flowing, nude, wrap dress with a hip-high slit. She also rocked a pair of strappy sandals, a chunky silver necklace, and a nude purse. While all those accessories were on point, it was hard to miss how mega-strong and sculpted her legs were in the dress. The look was simply *chef’s kiss* and I have no notes.
If you missed the moment, please take a second to take in the glory of Winnie and her epic legs:
Winnie has been looking so strong and confident lately, whether she’s in London living it up, or on IG promoting her new skincare line CaySkin. Winnie, who has vitiligo, has been outspoken about the skin condition (it causes pigment-producing skin cells to stop functioning), and her new line emphasizes daily sun protection.
On the wellness front, Winnie keeps her routines refreshingly simple. For her, wellness means “being healthy holistically, working out, eating well, and taking care of myself,” she told Goop.
She also told the wellness website that in order to get a jumpstart on her day, she keeps a bottle of water by her bedside and starts the day with a big stretch sesh. “[My usual workout routine is] cardio and resistance, but I like to try new things and switch it up, too,” Winnie said. Plus, she loves to get moving by dancing.
“Being Jamaican, dancing is in my blood and a part of my culture—it’s something I’m always doing with friends and family, whether we’re out or just listening to music at home,” Winnie told Goop.
As for her diet, Winnie starts her day with a crystal ginger-honey tea, per Bustle. “It really tingles my throat and gives me that spice in the morning,” she said. One of Winnie’s favorite morning dishes is a fried egg with tomato sauce and Ezekiel bread. She’ll usually stop and get lunch while she’s out and about, before heading back home.
And in other interesting news, Winnie recently hired a chef after switching to a pescatarian diet. My chef makes something different all the time. I’m not really picky; he knows the things I don’t like, like mushrooms, zucchini, or eggplant,” she told Bustle. “He’ll ask if there’s anything I want, and I’ll say, ‘Surprise me.’”
“I’m an order-in girl. But at this point in life, I need to invest in my health, because health is wealth… and if I keep eating Taco Bell every night, my health is not going to be my wealth” she told the website.
Truly living the dream!
